7th Floor Building 'C' Renovation
AtLRG was engaged by Red River Polytechnic to provide prime consulting services for the renovation of current offices spaces on the 7th Floor of Building ‘C’ which suffered from acoustic issues. The Renovations focused mainly around solving acoustic issues, upgrading ceiling finishes, lighting, carpet, paint and new staff kitchenette and existing washrooms facilities. Challenges of this project included: efficient project phasing for minimal disruption on this Director’s Level floor, innovative solutions around existing Asbestos Containing Materials, and solving ongoing acoustic issues. The floor remained operational throughout the renovation.
