A three-storey mixed-use residential building with ground floor commercial rental unit located in the heart of Winnipeg’s Exchange District. The challenging narrow and triangular corner lot produced a distinct ‘flat-iron’ architecture that was further adorned with custom perforated brass panelling leading to the distinct jewel-box architecture.
